I use to love this place but it has really changed for the worse. The Management does not care. The front desk staff is not friendly, don't smile and do not want to bend at all to please guests. I waited 45 minutes to get my room and it was not a good one. When I complained, I was told there was not enough housekeepers to clean another room and tough luck. At the Beverly Hills Hotel a Five Star Property??? This place has lost its class and we will be staying elsewhere next time. In a bad economy go somewhere that appreciates your business and doesn't act like they are doing you a favor. more
