Prior to purchasing our new home, we were told by the home inspector that we had the option of patching the roof and that we would probably need a new roof soon, but it was not urgent. After closing on the home, we discovered that the issues were much more serious and the roof would need a lot more work. We were looking at about 30 years of deferred maintenance, as well as some construction defects from when the house was originally built.

Shawn visited the house everyday the crew was there, making sure all was going smoothly. He suggested that we go up on the roof so he could show us what was going on and explain what was being done and why. He also documented the entire process with pictures, showing us what was wrong and making recommendations along the way.
We found Shawn, Debbie, Louis and the crew to be very professional and customer oriented. They were very respectful of the fact that we lived there. They had a real attention to detail. After they had finished each day, the crew would walk around the house and pick up the debris on the ground around the house. They care about and take pride in the job they do.
We feel very lucky to have found Christian Roofing. There are a lot of contractors out there that either don't know what they are doing, don't care what they are doing, or both. Then there are the ones who are just out to rip you off. We could have very easily chosen one of them and had a nasty surprise during rainy season. Now we have a safe and attractive roof from a roofer who stands by his work.
