aside from breaking two lights and a storm window, the cleaning job was spotty, as best. many areas were obviously completely overlooked. including a glaring tape mark left on a window! what made the whole experience really unbearable is the amount they charge! after telling them i was dissatisfied, the woman i spoke to told me she would have to speak to her boss. two weeks later and i haven't heard a word.i will not only never use them again, but make sure no one i know does.
