A terrible experience at Brents. \r

When I asked about my warranty from Lawnboy I was told that I didnt have one since I bought the mower at Home Depot. They told me that I should have bought the mower from them if I wanted them to honor the Lawnboy warranty. \r

When I asked them why they were listed all over the internet as being a Lawnboy Authorized Repair Shop they told me that I should come "pick up my F**king mower.\r
\r
So, now I am out $90 and my mower still doesnt work. \r
\r
I took my mower from Brents to another place right down the street from them. They had no issues with honoring my Lawnboy warranty regardless of where I purchased the mower.\r
