Terrible service. No one answers phone calls or return calls. They can't deliver during the date range that they specify and agree to. When I asked for the driver information, they didn't know who was driving the truck. They showed up late and didn't call ahead of time. They left a box and then asked me if I wanted to bring it with me to meet them at the destination. Unacceptable. Our stuff is now scheduled to arrive 10 days after the original delivery date that was promised which requires a flight change cost as well as hotel costs.\r

The customer coordinator (Kristy Sparkman) told me that "This is completely normal and that everything will be fine". If leaving boxes, showing up late, and delivering late is normal then this company should be out of business. Don't use them! If Kristy is your coordinate, RUN!
