We called Roto-Rooter on the night before we were supposed to go on vacation. One of the downstairs toilets was overflowing and it was also coming through the shower drain. At one point it was coming through the shower drain so fast it looked like someone was holding a hose underneath the drain upwards. I shut the water off and called. They were out within a couple hours and ended up getting the problem solved. I was very thankful but did want to make sure to note that you really need to not jump to conclusions right away. He asked where we get our sewer pumped and I showed him and right away before looking a bit further he said " Well there is your problem. Your sewer collapsed." I about had a heart attack right there as replacing a septic would have been 15-25 thousand dollars. He then after a few minutes said "oh wait here is the pipe" I told him he about gave me a heart attack and he should probably think before he speaks!! He apologized and got the problem fixed but I
