I woke up and found my basement floor drain had backed up. I called the Company, spoke to a very pleasant lady, scheduled an appointment and waited. To my astonishment I received a call, in about 45 minutes that a technician was on his way. The technician arrived shortly after the verification call from the Company.\r

The technician, Tim (Number 630), advised me of the cost, prior to starting the job. Upon approval he went to work right away and after a short while had the problem resolved. The issue was a plugged pipe from the drain to the main sewer line. While he could have charged me for a major job, he was honest. He was also a nice guy to boot. I would recommend both Roto-Rooter and Tim to anyone who needs their services.
