i was appalled by the rudeness and unprofessional-ism of this company. the technician came to work on my appliance and spent about 25 minutes diagnosing it. he seemed like he was rushing to go somewhere. his phone kept ringing and when he answered it i overheard the owner cursing at him b/c he was at my location too long. it seems like all this place cares about is the number of calls they can get to in a day and not the quality of the work they do. long story short they couldn't fix my issue so I'm looking elsewhere.
