This was the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. I'd like to warn everyone out there to not use this service.
extremely irresponsible - I left several voicemails to resolve billing issue after i canceled the policy with them and couldn't get anyone to respond.
Cheaters - When i switched my insurance company i was presented with a bill which they refuse to resolve.
It gets better, instead of responding to my voicemails to fix the issue, I received letter from collection agency to pay it up or else...
I'm annoyed beyond reason but at the same time i feel helpless knowing the fact that if i dont pay, my credit will be ruined but on the other hand Susan J. Gerrity Agency, Inc. does not have anything to loose.
