The absolute worst agent I have ever had. I've been a homeowner for over 25 years, and have had many different agents during this time. Rose is hands-down the worst. If I had a question about my coverage, she couldnt answer most of the time. When she did, her answer would be so confusing that I never really understood her answer. I finally changed companies after i asked her about an increase to the cost of my policy, and she told me she would look into it and call me back. So 4 days later I call her and she says she didnt have a chance to investigate, she'd call me back, and never did. I recently cancelled my coverage and switched companies. Luckily i never needed anything important from her.
