The owner and manager are extremely rude and then quality of their arrangements is less that mediocre. They failed to put my name of the flowers to inform the receiver who they were from and she did not receive them for nearly 5 days after they were received. When I called to inform them of their mistake they yelled at me over the phone claiming I never told them what to out on the card and then they sarcastically ask me ""what do you want me to do send her another dozen roses? That would be stupid""\r
