I called Roto-Rooter a year ago when my plumbing all backed up in my basement. The tech was great, the job got done. But what had me calling Roto-Rooter again was the assurance that I could request the same tech again. As a single mom, I have had some scary experiences with service people coming into my home, so the comfort of knowing who is coming is huge. \r
After some miscommunication, they were able to reschedule and honor my request.\r
Again, a job well done, with very little mess to clean up (less than there was to start)
