Was pleased to get a newer car even when credit was an issue, but the process was very long. It took 1 month to the day to find out that I was actually financed. Mark Martinez was not good about keeping in contact and letting me know what was happening with the loan. When he did contact me it was always with something "I was suppose to do, but didn't". I was offended by this because I did everything in a timely manner when I was made aware something was needed. When I would try to ask questions or voice concerns he would never let me finish and always just said "trust me". Find someone better to deal with the public that is friendly, organized and keeps the customer informed then you would be an awesome company, but Mark Martinez is not the person.
