Purchased a used Kubota ZD-21 from out of town and when I took delivery, almost everything Mr Joe Hill promised was not delivered. I sent him a letter to him and he ignored it. I requested promised paperwork and wouldn?t send that to me. Once he gets your money, good luck. Doing business with this company do so at your own risk.
