It was difficult to hold my left arm above my head. I was unable to sit comfortably for any length of time. I applied ice and heat and tried exercise. HealthSource gave me an exam and x-ray and together we developed a treatment plan to relieve my pain without surgery. The range of motion in my left arm and neck is improving greatly. The pain in my shoulder and back has subsided. With the relief of pain and HealthSource?s care and suggestions I have more energy and I can bowl again! They are professional, pinpointing the problems and work together with the patient to regain maneuverability by assigning treatments that work.
