and she was spayed on one day....One month later, the puppy started a ""heat"" cycle, swelling, redness but no debris. This went on for 2 years. We took her to another vet to after an ultrasound and exam, not all of the reproduction parts were removed! We subsequentl found that she was spayed by a first year vet STUDENT! Lots of other problems developed, small tumors, otherwise healthy until her premature death at 8 yrs. 4 months....I cannot possibly recommend this vet. Each time prior to the spaying, shots, tags, etc., the puppy seem like she had been terrorized....Several of our friends also have used this vet and have had difficulty....Keep looking. There are some good vets around/....
