I had years of service from them, but then came major screwups. It became apparent that they had never inspected the heat exchange on my unit so there was a hole in it and had been for years. If I'm paying for an inspection, then by golly do it right! They have one very good repairmen and a bunch of so-so ones. I'm no longer a customer.
