Usually I wouldn't even bother with writing a review on bad service, but in this case I have to blow off some steam. I have been getting my car detailed at the belt-line car wash for years. I don't know if they have become complacent with their success or if the heat has brought on some type of infectious customer service bug. I have had my car washed twice within the past week and was taken care of by two different girls at the counter. Both attitudes were unprofessional and the manager was standing right there..."Business as usual".
