Testas is one of those old time places that you just love to stumble into, it reeks of quaint, seashore, casual dining.\r

We went for breakfast and the food was solid. I had corn beef hash with poached eggs on top and my wife had a waffle with scrambled on the side.\r
\r
The waffle was very thin (not my favorite) but cooked beautifully. That along with real whipped butter and Wisconsin maple syrup more than made up for the thinness.\r
\r
We were there in the summer, and breakfast cost us around $30 including Mimosa & Bloody Mary's, though I suspect 'in season' that number is considerably higher.\r
\r
All in all, a very nice spot if you get bored with The Breakers breakfast like we did.
