We wanted a limo to bring us home from the Detroit airport with our new, adopted baby girl from China. The limo had an electrical issue and the a/c didn't work, the back driver-side door wouldn't open due to a dent and the trunk wouldn't open for our luggage. When I asked for a refund, the owner offered a $60 credit and actually said "if this is not acceptable then the driver will pull over to the side of the road for you to find alternate transportation." Nice... two adults and 14-month-old sitting on the side of I-96. Is this the type of business you want to support?
