Called today @ 2:20 PM (EAST COAST), receptionist transferred me to a "Paul" who sounded like he was on his cell phone, I advised we needed a tech to go to a site and troubleshoot a failing data drop. "Paul" said he was too busy and wouldn't be able to help me with it. Didn't even ask how soon I needed it done......
