I was disappointed with every personal aspect of the overall service. The food was good, but the service was definitely in adequate. Besides the bar tenders and bussers, the people were cold and rude. The coordinator was rude and short tempered while the security came across as very threatening. I did not feel comfortable while the head of security played with his knife and stared at me blankly. They checked baby bags when people entered the venue, including the brides, and would walk around the parking lot while checking the inside of peoples cars with a flashlight.?
