They showed up on time so that was good. I wanted a flange replaced on a leaking toilet. He repaired it instead without asking my preference. To his defense, he saw that I had tried to buy the correct part and knew that I was on a budget. But he still should have asked. It cost me $90 for the short visit plus the part. The toilet still leaked when he left, but now seems okay. Perhaps the wax seal needed more seating. I added some putty at the base of the toilet, but if it had really continued to have had a problem, that wouldn't have fixed it. He missed a leak from the water turn-off faucet, and told me about another leak from the water tank that doesn't seem to be a problem. Not sure about this experience and not sure if I will ask for more services or not.
