Had yearly checkup for doggy today. Staff and doctors amazing, friendly and compasionate. I noticed some reviews say they try to up sale customers. I find this 100% false, I have been going to Banfield and Dr. Carlisle for over 10 years. Some things are not covered on the pet plan u may have to pay a extra amount or upgrade your membership. Hightly recommend this people.\r
