Do these places need accreditation to operate? If not, then that explains a lot. A few 20-somethings herding a much larger group of convalescing 40 and 50-somethings does NOT a recuperating environment make. This place is horrible. I've spent 7 sessions waiting around for someone to ask what I needed to do next. At no time was I ever closely observed or attended. I have no idea if I was doing too much, too little or doing it just plain wrong. Some of the staff are good people, but there are way too few of them. The rest of the staff, and who ever's in charge (I have absolutely no idea who) are vapid, non-attentive, non-medical pretty faces. This is NOT the place for serious physical Therapy. Period.
