We bought a Prius there in 2008- good dealership. I like the service department a lot. You can make appointments easily online. They are typically very good at telling you how long things take. They do things carefully, the wait-area seating is very comfortable (free wifi!), they'll drop you off somewhere if you need it, all parts are there, the inspection is thorough (pointing out loose belts, worn tires), etc.
