I used Elite Maids for several years without any problems. But, three times in the last year, I had to call them back out to my residence to clean areas they missed. Most recently, I contracted with them to clean my vacant rental home. I was shocked at how much dust and dirt was left behind. I spent over an hour cleaning the plantation blinds, cabinets, fan blades, kitchen shelves and overhead door frames and doors. I documented everything and sent pictures to the owner, but she charged me full price anyway. I canceled my service and will never use them again.
