When I moved into a bungalow is Los Feliz managed by NBK Realty I was really excited. Its not everday you find a bungalow at a semi-reasonable price here. Unfortunately the owner hired NBK Realty in Sherman Oaks to manage this place into the ground. I am moving so I have no axe to grind. But while living here I have witnessed renters being harrassed continuously, promises never kept, a security system that says ""broken"" when it is not but NBK does not want to pay the 20 dollars a month to keep the residents secure. The owner of NBK DOLPH KORNBLUM has a lot to be ashamed of. The people who live here are honest good people who get constantly lied to and misled by this realty management company.
