I went to Spectrym for the first time to see Langa. She is a most wonderful, beautiful, and talented colorist and stylist! I had seen her at another salon and loved her work. When I went to see her at Spectrym I was appalled at the rudeness of the receptionists at the counter. I witnessed 3 employees having a personal conversation at the desk while paying no attention to me and one other client who had entered and were trying to register with the staff. We both said ""excuse me"" a few times, and were ignored! We were both amazed at the lack of manners and intelligence displayed by the people there. If it weren't for Langa I would never return.
