I love to buy my groceries here! Not only do they offer everything but they only sell food products that are organic, natural and local. They also have deli and catering and a hot table menu. Their deli sandwiches are great, I'm a big fan of the The Jerk hot sandwich and the Cashew On A Hot Tin Roof. They offer a variety of options from meat lovers to vegan to vegetarian, you are guaranteed to find something that will satisfy you. The food on the Hot Table menu is also wonderful. They have something different everyday, which you are also guaranteed to be satisfied with. The Coop is a great place, whether you are coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner or to buy groceries.
