I love Kohl's because of the great selection, low prices, and one stop shopping for a new wardrobe. However, the one consistent thing with this particular Kohl's is the lack of customer service. The associates at this Kohl's routinely disappoint me. As someone who has worked in sales and the customer service industry I am keenly aware of the difficulties associated with daily customer/employee interactions. Regardless of the behavior of customers there is never, in my opinion, an excuse to ignore customers, be rude to customers, or act as if a customer is annoying you when asking for your assistance.
So again, KOHL's is a GREAT store, but if you can shop them online versus dealing with their associates then do it!
