I guess I should've listened to the reviews on here when I searched. If a company only has one star, that must've been earned for a reason.
I called and went in to the store to order a pretty straightforward piece of glass. I was told the date until delivery would be 5 days. Sent in the details and never got a confirmation. Called back the following week and they informed me the order still hadn't been put in and I had to pay up front. So I gave my credit card details.
Received a call the next day to be told the glass wouldn't be delivered for more than 8 days now. Not only that, but stand-offs I had ordered were on 'back order' and they had no idea when they might come in. I asked if I could get standoffs from another supplier, and was informed this was the 'only supplier they worked with.' Really? How about you go an inch out of your way to contact another supplier?
Bad communication and customer service just cost them a $300 job and made me annoyed enough to post my experience.
