I saw the banner on the fence for Hangar 19 on Jefferson and Centinela, wasn't sure what to expect because nothing around it seemed open. As I approached, I saw people all across the patio and now I know why. I had the H19 turkey burger and it was so moist, they had their dipping sauces on display to try and I landed on the chipotle for my fries, but did cajun on the burger. Now, the sides are what got me, so much to choose from and what a range: Jalepeno corn pudding!, pecan bourbon sweet potato pie w/roasted pecan crumble, and many more. I decided to play it safe and try their natural cut fries, not disappointed. I cannot wait to go back for the other options like Pulled Pork, BLAT, or Grilled Portobello Plate.
