Warning. One of the worst places you will find. The owner is extremely rude and threatening, and his lot looks like a junkyard. The rooms are overpriced and filthy. It is a real dump. The ""beach"" is a tiny piece of sand at the end of a road - does not even touch the property. If that isn't enough, his son does nothing but harass the tenants and their children and ride motorcycles around the parking lot. Absolutely horrible.
