I have been going to Tokyo Delves for last few years and every time the service gets worse and worse. Last weekend we had a friend come from Atlanta and it was his birthday night...We made reservations a week and a half prior..We paid $80 to take a taxi to make sure no one drives drunk..Show up wait in line, check in, get wristband and then they tell us to wait on the side...we were only a party of 4! They let every single person in before us and shut the door in our face. Soooo disrespectful...No explanation as to why. We asked for a manager they told us ""oh he was just here but hes not anymore..hes inside now"" We were shocked!!!! The group of 6 behind us paid off one of the security and they had NO RESERVATIONS!!!! That is sad...I was not expecting exceptional customer service here...being the drunken, wild place it is..but come on...To watch a pay off happen and be disrespected in front of our out of town guest...Its a shame...I will never ever go to this restaurant/bar again. I also have a huge network I have shared this story with, who also agree. GO BACK TO OLD MANAGEMENT!!! Cause the current one stinks!
