Went To Tan At There Florence Location ,Normally If I Tan At There Store I Tan At The Erlanger Location .I Do Have My Own Commercial Bed I purchased from watson's And It Is Great But I Don't Have Facials And Sometimes It Is Easier For Me If Im In The Area Just To Tan Here But I Also Have Went Several Times Just To Purchase lotion. Went To Florence Store Paid $13.00 To Tan In There Level 3 Bed Also I pd. For 2 Other ppl To Tan at the same time. 2 Of My facial Bulbs Were NOT Working And A Few Bulbs On The Left Side Of Me. I immediately informed the employee on duty and asked her to turn the bed on so she can verify this. The store was closing and she told me to contact the manager the next day,which i called the next day and spoke to the owner MICHELLE which basically all but called me a lier ! I DO NOT LIE ! she did NOT to handle the problem even a free visit or half off my next visit would have been fair, instead she says she checked all the bulbs that day and they were all working fine, Which can Not Be True!!! I Am NOT STUPID!!! I know when bulbs are not working !!! She did not handle this situation ! And i will NEVER Go Back !!! Nor Recommend ! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
