Wow, my first intro to Yoga, was Valentine's Day,2009 and the class was ""Hot Yoga at Diana's School of Yoga and I have been hooked since, Diana works to make sure you are in correct alignment, she offers a variety of classes and there are classes offered every day of the week.She is very knowledgeable, personable able and wants everyone to progress at their own pace. If you are looking to find inner peace and calm in this chaotic World, then you need look no farther than Diana's school of Yoga. NAMASTE, or the light in me, salutes the light in you.PEACE.
