Hey Jeff and anyone else from Raising Rover... I was just so intrigued by your responses to the negative complaints that I had to sign up and say something. I was searching for a good place to get my dog cut. Everywhere I go they seem to not know what, ""not too short"" on a schnauzer is, so I decided to do research. Of course your store came up. As I read the reviews I was just astonished by the way you respond to people. You want to get the truth out but it makes you sound worse by calling people names and insulting their intelligence. And then to stoop to their level by saying, ""Yes, I love my mommy."" WOW! I am an actual person and not a friend of anyone on here so just trying to let you know that maybe your store should post friendlier replies to the negative comments. You have no idea how many people read your replies and you are not helping your business by replying the way that you are.
