This company was brought in to perform a routine inspection on my home in order to sell the house. While the inspector was there (alone as we are not allowed to be present during an inspection), he allowed a neighbor, a man who has been caught stealing stain glass windows (which we have), to walk through the home with him. When I called the owner to explain that this is a violation of my privacy AND safety he verbally assaulted me. He insulted me on every level including the fact that I am pregnant (I still don't understand that) and called my husband and I nothing but theives looking to get a free spray. Against my own advice I followed the advice of my agent and offered him a chance to give us a free spray before I went to the state licensing board to complain about his breaking the law. That is why he called us theives. I should have listened to myself and just gone to the licensing board ahead of time. This company cannot be trusted to be in your home without severe safety violations. I can not pack a box at my house now without worrying that there is a robbery going to happen that I will be injured in (as I AM pregnant...)
