I must say, I enjoy Studio One on One. I work with Mike H. 3 time a week and the dude busts my ass! In fact I'm starting to throw so much weight I shout out on the final few reps, and not just for attention.
Went from doing 17 pushup to almost fifty in just a coupe months. Finally graduated to the lower weight rack, too.
Everyone is friendly in the gym. No meat heads at Studio One on One.
On Fridays, they bust out the 80s Manchester classics which is reason enough to join.
Be careful when you drop your towel in the laundry bin, though. Tenley has been know to be hiding in there ready to jump out and scare the pants off you.
I consider myself a connoisseur of gyms and I give Studio One on One a solid 5 stars. Get ready to get back into shape quick. Enjoy! And tell them the Gym Enjoyer sent you.
