We are looking to buy a new travel trailer. Stopped at RV SVC INC to see what they had to offer. While there we observed their service to other customers, and the overheard comments were all positive. We have had a popup camper for 12 years and are ready to upgrade. Not sure of what we were really looking for, our saleman, who said he did not work on commission, was very helpful. He only works Saturdays at this place. He is a RV owner and has been doing this for several years. So he was very helpful and knowledable in answering our questions. Something that a non-RV owner would not have been able to do. We were very politely and fully shown every one of the North Trail travel trailers starting at the smallest to the largest. No rush, no ""rolling of eyes"" or any indication that he thought we were a waste of time. We did not bring the TItan that would be pulling this trailer. We came in very casual clothes, and in a 12 yr old car. The other place we went to, the guy showed only a few models to us, and then said he had only wanted to greet us.....basically he had not planned on showing any of his trailers. So maybe we were overly impressed with the salesman HB at RV SVC.INC \r
No matter, he was very helpful and took his time to show us what was available. THANKYOU H.B.\r
We plan to purchase this trailer based a lot on the consideration and service from this sales person. Our dealer that we had used for our prior purchase is no longer in business. But he was so helpful and provided good service over the years, that we only used him for our supplys and repairs. \r
I hope to provide an update later.
