I don't normally write reviews, and i certainly never take the time to sign up for a site like this just to write a review, but I know i read reviews and the more i know about a company the better. Unfortunately my experience with Yolanda's Maid was a bad one. After going through countless other non-professional individuals and having nothing but problems I finally decided to bite the bullet and go with a ""professional"" company, even though i knew i'd be paying more. I called Yolanda's and spoke with Josh. He was very nice and helpful and informed me that he would send 2 maids to my residence the next day at 11am. 11am came and went and no one showed up. At 11:30am i called Josh to find out what was going on. He apologized and said he would call the maids to find out where they were and then get right back to me to let me know what was going on. I have yet to receive a phone call letting me know what happened or even to apologize. It's now the next day and i never heard back from anyone. It's absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER call this company again and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. It's extremely disappointing. Especially when my biggest problem with individual maids was them not showing up!! If you are looking for a professional company, keep looking!!
