I have had the pleasure to talk to the guys who is always there and is so knowledgeable on all the watches that is the cases, I broke the strap on my Titanium Sotomarino last week and took it in for him to fix. He fixed it in about 10 minutes and did not charge be for the pin. He said I come there enough for him to put a pin in for me. I rewarded his services by buying the TOXIC Black chrome watch from him. It is good to know that there are still people that help other people out, especially in a retail setting. Will definitely continue buying from them. He always tell me when the specials are coming up so i can be prepared for it. Good store backed by good people
