I've been taking my current car to Crossroads for 11 years, because that's how old the car is. I've been taking cars to Mike for years. I've known him since he was a kid. They've serviced my car for everything, oil changes, anything they find wrong, gas, inspection. Whatever it needs, they do it.
I took my car there one time and bought some tires. The next day Mike called and said, "I owe you $40. They overcharged you." He wasn't there but he checked the records. I don't know many people in business today who would do that. Most places would probably keep the money.
I think the people he has working for him are very helpful, friendly, and on the ball. They're just great people. I'm so satisfied with them, I haven't even compared prices, so I don't know if they're higher than somebody else. That's not important to me. What's important is how you treat people.
