I went to Laser Plus ""Spa""... (definitely not a spa) for laser hair removal on my arms (full arm). During my fourth treatment they increased the intensity of the laser and severley burned both of my arms. I took pictures and tried to post them on this review but I was unable to do so... my description won't do it justice but I'll try. To those who know what the actual laser device looks like, imagine the width of the device and the motion used to remove the hair (up and down the arm)... I had ""track"" burn marks up and down both arms and a severe open burn wound (bright pink) on my elbow bone. It was HORRIFIC!!!! Of course I went and spoke to the owner, showed him my arms and pictures and he did NOTHING!!!!! Didn't even offer to provide me with burn cream or to refund my money!!! I contemplated a lawsuit but didn't want to do with the hassle... It was an AWFUL experience!!! And as a side note, this is the first review I have ever written but I felt that by doing so, I may be able to prevent this from happening to someone else. And also know when reading the other reviews, a lot of them sound generic (almost like an adverstisement) so one should wonder if they are posted by employees of the salon... people do get paid to write positive reviews.... pay attention to the negative reviews. Hope this helps at least one person!! Go to a real doctor for laser treatment!!
