Thank you to Brotherton Cadillac and Brad Brotherton for extending gracious customer service! We bought our 2007 Acadia from you. It was the first sold in Washington State. We have always received great service when bringing our car in for oil changes and services, but this time it is exceptional. Our manufactures warranty just expired and although we purchased an extended warranty, it didn't cover the leaking headlight glass. The cost of repair was going to be approximately $1200.00 with labor. Chris in the service dept. said he would speak to the management and see if Brotherton could offset the cost for customer good will. When he phoned a day later, he told us that Brotherton and GMC were going to cover the cost 100% because the manufacturer's warranty was just barely expired and we had been faithful customers. WOW. Wonderful! In this economy we would not have been able to have the headlight replaced. THANK YOU for outstanding customer service. We know where we will by our cars and who we will always recommend. Brotherton is the best!
