I've seen Dr Redd several times and he's friendly and seems to do good work, but the office staff don't seem to have the same level of courtesy and respect. The billing practices are also quite rigid and when my insurance expired, they wouldn't even consider a cash based discount ... even though if I had insurance they would have had to write off about half the bill anyways. They stood to gain more by giving me a cash price than by only accepting insurance. I was shocked when I got the bill and the office didn't even seem remotely interested in making arrangements. It's a bummer, but I'll be looking elsewhere for a dentist that has policies that make better financial sense ...
