Deal with this company with extreme caution. If you don't believe me, read reviews from various other locations across the country. Different cities, same subpar service and tricky contracts followed by legal action.\r

First of all, watch out for long contracts and auto-renewals. They make it next to impossible to cancel service. As soon as you do, be ready for an outrageous demand letter. We tried out best to cancel under their terms. Were told by the GM when our contract ended. Sent them a certified letter to let them know our intentions. Letter was accepted and no calls were made to retain our business. As soon as we cancelled, they informed us we had our contract date wrong and demanded $4000 in ""damages"". \r

There would be no need to cancel if the product wasn't subpar and they delivered less than what we ordered. Also, billing changes automatically without notice. If you have one busy week and your towel usage goes up, it automatically adjusts your inventory and bills you for it.. Then you start seeing random charges like a $14/week ""towel replacement charge"". Sorry your towels are ancient. Normal wear and tear shouldn't warrant a 14/wk charge.\r

Worst company I have ever dealt with hands down. If you do business with them, they will screw you one way or another. 5 years is a long time to deal with subpar service.
