I have struggled with my weight for over 10 years now and nothing semed to work. I am intimidated by co-ed gyms so I had tried Curves and after over a year I hadn't seen any results and knew I needed a change. I heard about Health Time Fitness for Women and decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and the rates were very reasonable. I got a free training session with the Fitness Director, Kyle Mueller. Kyle was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. I liked Kyle so much that I purchased training with him because I had a good feeling that he could help me reach my goals. Now only 4 months later I have lost 30 lbs and couldn't be happier! I have more energy, my stress levels have gone way down and I finally feel good about myself and enjoy working out. Thank you Kyle and Health Time Fitness!!!
