Wow- and in a bad way. The staff was beyond rude. They gave me a hard time just scheduling an appointment and after a huge hassle, they even had the nerve to call and cancel the appointment on the day of just hours beforehand. Apparently they had double booked. Personally, I think someone who was willing to spend more money wanted my time slot or maybe they really are just that inept and can't keep a schedule book straight. Either way, horrible business and the person I talked to was beyond rude and did not even apologize for trying to reschedule my appointment so late. I decided to cancel my appointment and will happily pay more money elsewhere just to ensure this place doesn't get any of my business.
